    Forehead bumps!

From looking at your pics I noticed 2 things:

Spiro isn't helping you (acne on the chin is hormonal, and yours only started since you started the spiro) ..that suggests estrogen dominance

and that the rest of your acne might not be acne but folliculitis. I have similar bumps on my forehead and know how frustrating it is! Many people use anti-dandruff shampoos for the folliculitis.. I have been using clove oil dropped in water and then applying the water to my skin. Basically anything that is anti-fungal will help as well as taking anti-fungals internally.

Moisturizing my skin exasperates the problem so I try to keep my skin really dry, it's okay if it is flaking. Folliculitis feeds on oil so you need to keep the skin dry.

Anyways, you might want to try some of those things and see if they work for you! Best of luck!

From what I understand Spiro can take between 4-6 months to fully be effective so I am going to patient with it and not jump the gun so quickly.

I have had acne on my chin, and you will also see that looknig at my other folders - the August Acne in particular. Even when I was younger I always have spots on my chin.

I have thought that I may have folliculitis for a long time and have hoped that it isn't the case, have you noticed a difference with the clove oil? From what I have read online apparantly folliculitis can't really be cured since once you "cure" it, it has a tendancy to come back.

I hope you have luck too, if you haven't had luck already :)

seriously? saying that is so dumb ^^^. People are different and what works for you may not work for others. Girl my acne has finally cleared when I stop putting acne medications and other crap on my face. It may be because I was wearing to much shit on my face. I've been to 9 different derms in Canada and Philippines and they all gave topicals and microdermabrasiion shit. I really suggest you research Oil Cleansing Method, the best oil to use is sunflower oil alone no castor or olive or jojoba. If you search up Jojoba oil and OCM it got a low rating on makeupalley because they all use the wrong oils. Just use a bottle of sunflower oil in the oil section and start using it. Trust me this is the 5th day I have been using the Oil Cleansing Method and ma face feels amazing! Don't listen to people start listening to your own skin because every individual is different. This is why derms are getting bad reputations its because they are trying to become what they are not (only plastic surgeons can reverse the dammage). Trying to reverse wrinkle/acne damage and moderate to severe cases. Topicals can only give you a difference of 5% to 10%. results.

Also most of the pills such as minocycline and accutane did not work for me. The side effects are soooo hellish that it made me nausea all the time and gave me suicidal thoughts. Ughhh ....... I don't think the beauty industry really wants ppl to have clearer skin because they make money of our insecurities.

Excuse me? What exactly was dumb about what I said? I have not once disregarded the fact that "what works for some people don't for others". Or are you talking about the post above mine?
