I get chronic cystic lip line pimples starting 9 months ago. I dont get a lot of cystic pimples other that area. The pimples are literally on the first 2 line of pores just outside of my lips. They are on the corners of the corners of my bottom lip and the corners and center of my top lip. They start very deep then come to head anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks. They are very painful and very difficult to get rid of; i cannot pinpoint the source of them. I generally get one, then when it heals another comes. Only once have I had 2 at the same time. HELP! ):
hey actually don't believe you have "cystic" acne... those just look like regular pimples with a white head. A cyst is actually deep embedded in the skin and takes a loooong time (perhaps a few weeks to a month) to develop a "white head."
I found that I get pimples around my mouth due to dairy products and honestly being a sloppy eater. If I get food on my face- especially buttery/oily food or around my lips, then I'll actually break out. Dan recommends just dabbing your mouth with a paper towel, instead of rubbing or using your hand- which both causes friction (irritation) and introduction of more bacteria....
anyways, it's not to minimize your pain, because the one's around the mouth hurt a lot!
