I saw your newer post this month with acne, and since this was summer here, get your vitamin d levels checked! And start taking WHOLE FOOD SUPPLEMENT d like MegaFood or Shaklee or New Chapter. Your body recognizes it as food, so it's bioavailable. Seriously, I wish someone had told me this years ago.....

P.s., you ARE BEAUTIFUL. In this picture AND your recent ones. I know acne hurts your self esteem, I wish I could just give you a big hug! But just try this vitamin d stuff.
