Using Duac Once Daily in the morning, Retin-A (tretinoin 0.05%) every third night, and Paula's Choice 2% BHA Liquid and Neo Strata's Ultra Smoothing 10% AHA Cream on the off nights. Also a Mint Julep Masque here and there. I've had a couple new blemishes this week, but I've also had quite a bit of alcohol this week and it's TOFM so it may just be that.
