I'm not judging you but you might want to take fewer pics, simply because it can increase your bdd symptoms (but YES you're ridiculously good-looking--not that you believe it)
you're right. it can be VERY bad for bdd, it's so hard to stop, it's a compulsion.
i should be seeing a therapist soon though. but it's a struggle because i want to show people my acne and scars and what not, but it's probably bad for me and just distoring my perception even more so.

Yep. I feel you, I too get trapped in front of the mirror. It's like I am physically drawn too it, thinking "Maybe this time - I won't look so hideous." It's a vicious cycle - if you see something you hate, you eventually go back hoping, if you see something you're ok with, that doubt still lingers in your head and you go back to reconfirm. And the cycle repeats.

P.M. me if you want to discuss
    yes your really beautful :)
i wish i have yours. you so much beautiful. (:
I totally know what you guys mean about the cycle with taking pics. It's even worse for me because I will end up touching up/airbrushing my pics and then stare at them thinking "this is what I should have looked like." I am aware that no one looks airbrushed who isn't airbrushed (not even "perfect" celebrities) but I still will convince myself that this is how I should look and then aspire to that level of impossible perfection.

Although, on the other hand, taking pics has also helped me with my BDD issues at certain points. For whatever reason, sometimes a pic will turn out really nice and I'll be surprised and think maybe my acne and scars aren't as bad as they seem to me in the mirror. It can go both ways.

You already know I think this, but you're beautiful. :)
Fewer pictures? You're doing fine.. keep taking pictures to see how your skin is doing. Also, many of us like to see your pics :)

Jamsey90 meant to not to take as many pics because it might be bad for my bdd, he's only trying to help. I don't think it was meant to be mean. =)
Wow you are so beautiful, marry me please
