Not bad. I had that problem where I get spot occasionally around mouth and rarely on cheeks. My cheeks did got worse this year, but my acne scars aren't deep. The dark marks do take a while to vanish

I've started to use aloe on them and I think they are fading some. I just can't wait for the spots to go away so I can have a clear face again.
