NEW regimen for me as previous regimen worked great but felt like it was overly agressive on my skin. Switched to some natural homemade products. Namely: Dove sensitive skin bar as facewash, apple cider vinegar +green tea+aspirin toner at night (and sometimes in the morning depending on my skin), sweet almond oil moisturizer (love this stuff!). Last but not least I began taking Vitex regularly. It is an herbal supplement known to regulate women's hormone's naturally. I've noticed a difference.
Thanks! At this point I've realized how much chemicals I've been putting on my skin and am trying to change that. Unfortunately the almond oil didn't work out for me. I'm really liking aloe vera though.
