Five Weeks, Still Clear
I made the changes to my diet and so on at the start of December and once those toxins were out of my system, my skin was clear roughly the week before Christmas. Just short of five weeks later and I'm still acne free. Had the odd pimple here and there but nothing to worry about at all. Very happy with the results and I'm glad that something so simple as reducing my dairy, yeast and gluten intake, as well as cutting out processed foods, has made such a massive difference. It's starting to have a positive influence on my mood and confidence as well which, I'll be honest, feels pretty awesome!
