Day 9.
As you may have noticed, two days were skipped. I was sick as a dog for a short while and ended up vomiting everything I had. Unfortunately, because I was resting from my stomach upsets, I missed day seven and day eight EVENING regimes (somehow managed the mornings). This was simply due to the fact that I was lying in bed and overslept over the proper times. I fully expect this to be an issue in some way. What a shame. The only thing I have to gain at this point is that my skin should be getting slightly use to the BP right now (although my computer's camera certainly doesn't help my tone).

***** CANCELLED: SUPPLEMENTS *****
I am not taking the supplements anymore. I have a VERY strong hunch that my stomach flu was because of the supplements I was taking, mostly the fish oil. I haven't thrown up in a couple of years, and doing so now when I just so happen to be putting something unorthodox in my mouth is too much of a coincidence for me. The first day was fine, the second day was just bad tasting, but the third day was stomach upsetting. I even had a feeling that drinking water wouldn't be a good idea. Later I came home with five miserable hours of stomach pain in bed. Finally I violently puked up everything I had. I can not afford to miss any amount work or school, so I will no longer be swallowing any kinds of pills anymore other than a multivitamin. It may have also been that I missed a spot when washing my vegetables and drinking my homemade juice, but it's hard to tell when everything has been eaten up by the entire family and no one else got sick except me. Sorry but I do have to lean towards the most likely source.
A friendly caution to everyone: ALWAYS be sure of something before you put it in your mouth and fully be aware that consequences may be expected, no matter how harmless the pharmacists/websites tells you they are.
