What i'v been doing:
Spectro gel facial cleanser (wakeup / before bed)
Neutragena foaming cleanser (when wearing makeup, night)
Been putting BP, and SA on my pimples to spot treat....also been trying tea tree oil.
For last two week's i'v been putting aloe vera gel on my face at night before bed to try and fade my red marks.
Have been taking zinc, fish oil (vit d and a), and occasionally vitamine e.
diet- Not great...been trying to eat more fruit, just bought a blender to make fruit smoothie/green smoothies to attempt to eat better.
