First day of:-
1) Using Dan's cleanser, BP & moisteriser. (I only used 1 to 1 1/2 pumps of BP to cover the whole of my face & neck, once per day).
2) Using a blue/red light Beauty skin unit daily for 15 minutes on one side of my face & 15 minutes on the other.
3) Cutting out all dairy products.
4) Having a cup of green tea each day.
5) Starting taking zinc, vitamin B complex, evening primrose oil, selenium (+ACE), garlic, & omega 3 fish oil supplements.
As you can see from the dates, I am a bit late in posting my results!
