I wouldn't bother with the filler. A scar like that is not severe or disfiguring and it sits out on its own. I think its inoffensive and if anything adds character to your face. It's a fine line I know but sometimes the odd scar here and there and pigmentation issue is actually prefereable to flawless skin which can make a guy look soft.
