This is the left cheek around 1 and a half year after the first 2 photos.
Unlike previous pictures, this is taken in a more 'friendly' lighting hence the scars are not as apparent as in the first two pictures. The acne is still appearing here and there, and the redness still persists causing dryness and everything.
I have been using some mild cetaphil facial cleaner (that doesnt cause dryness) and 10%benzoyl paroxide.
Persa-Gel 10 is good stuff.
Got rid of the rest of my comment, but in short, I don't think any non-castile cleanser is good for you. Deep semi-cystic acne like I've gotten a few times is definitely not natural.
