    past one month feeling irritation oct 14th should i stay or

    3rd entry. oct 14th tuesday. past week and half.. had some crazy stress trying to get a business website going and next thing you know i get huge breakout... im disappointed because im looking to get accurate photos of my real skin/acne,  but this webcam photo is making me look like i have good skin.. (although it motivates me to get that clear complexion).  anyhow, i started regime september 4th i believe... and i pretty much had no stress as i played tennis in the summer 3-4 times a week while slacking at work.... then came fall and living here in seattle where weather is always gloomy and rainy, tennis no more and back to real world work stress.....   so back to the breakout... the last week i basically worked so much that i didn't go workout at the gym to relieve stress, but ate lot of junk food (mint chocolate ice cream for example). slept really late and didn't drink much water.. (drank caffeine stuff)... i also forgot the regime two days in a row (night time only).. then woke up one day and face got really itchy and flared up... (felt like hot flashes sometimes).. i think the bp mixed in with the breakout may caused this...  kind of cutting back on work and managing stress.. and eating better.. so i think breakout got 5% better so far...  but im at the point if i should keep going or not as i heard if irritation starts i should stop or reduce it (but reducing im thinking might cause another breakout)... but i also read that this is normal process and i need to stick with it till 3 months.. any advice on stopping or pursuing let me know as im not sure which is more healthier with my current symptoms. Journey continues.....
