    Hi,

I don't know, they look like red spots than scars... Have you try using Proactiv Solution: Refining Mask? :D
Hey, I have almost exactly the same post acne marks as u do. My skin is soooo fair! So unfortuneatly for us , they are way more noticeable. Do u have active acne as well? Cuz if you do ur derm could prescribe u accutane. When I first started 4 months ago on accutane I had mild consistent but painful acne and alot of post acne marks from before. Now all my active acne is pretty much gone and the red marks have really faded dramatically. Yes, they are still pinkish-red but so much better than before. Also, I have been using Finacea for the red marks which helps. Also, try alpha hdroxy acid. I bough a lil jar at Walgreens which I put on at night and by the morning my skin feels smoother, the marks lighter, and find it much easier to apply my MU. After my accutane is over, and if my marks are still really noticeable, Im going to look into smoothbeam or laser resurfacing. But I also suggest reading this post, has ALOT of happy members raving about it!!! im guna giv it a try. hope this helps. and keep ur head up. ive been and still am in ur shoes. :D

Hey Princessa! I tried the smoothbeam a couple of years ago and I strongly recommend you NOT try it. It burned my face. I had big gray/brown spots all over my forehead and cheeks. I am hispanic and have medium olive color skin, but the splotches were ery noticeable. It took almost three months to go away. Right now I'm trying a baking soda scrub and ACV to help with the red marks and scarring. My skin is a lot smoother than it's been in a long time. I am also looking into pixel resurfacing. I see a new derm next week. I just need his OK for my insurance to cover it. How's the AHA working for you? Do you have any pics?
Thats how my acne scars look like too
    Its really embarrising for me
Ive tried so many scar treatments
honestly nothing really works like i wish it would, you know like a week and its all gone
But sometimes, since my skin is very fair, I use whiting cream.
It bleaches your skin so it will be whiter
So thats why you shouldn't use it too often because it will start to burn if you do.
Japanese stuff always works better and is not expensive unlike american products that dont work.
The japanese are always trying to find was to be whiter for like centurys so i trust them.
I know how you feel, So i wouldnt lie becasue i know, like you , how much you want to get rid of it
so try it if you want, it should help
    good luck!

Why not try Aveda Outerpeace foaming face wash...worth every penny. This is the only wash I use now and I have used EVERYTHING. Do not scrub either. Lightly wash for 9-10 sec. then pat dry. wait 10 min and use DK "treatment". After that dries Benefit "do it daily" with spf. Works like a charm! Takes 2weeks then totally clear in 3 months. Also work in the AHA for red marks.
try using acne free, it a system of cleanser, toner, and lotion. it worked really well on my face with clearing my skin of the acne and helped alot with the redness of my scars, it wont take away the scars but will take away the redness. you can get it at wal-mart for 17$
I have the same problem, but worse. I'm currently using SkinID from Neutrogena and it is working so well for my acne. They're almost gone!!! But my scars are in the way!! So to help with my dry skin from the benzoyl peroxide in SkinID and to help my scars, I'm using Bio-Oil. Check out my gallery I post every week. :]
I have been trying to spread the word Check out Dadshie.com. Not easy to find but works magic. I have been on the treatment for about 9 weeks and man this is a promising line. Let me know if you would like me to send you pictures or need other info.
