It doesn't get much worse or better than this.
From what I can tell, all you have are pimples. If I look very closely I can see one or two scars, but really it is nothing to worry about if this picture is taken appropriately to reflect what you're concerned about.
I think you dont have much to worry about. Over time the redness will fade since it looks like its just active zits or healing zits. Your naturally olive skin hides any scar/red marks much more easier than a lighter skin person.
