Those look like ice-pick scars..
definitely ice pick scars. Same kind that I have. Were they from digging into your skin with your nails to extract some zits? Because I think thats where mine came from when I got impatient. They will fade a little bit over time but I hear the best way to treat them is subcision or collagen. If you want to treat them you have to go to a derm who can do that. I want to get mine treated eventually but Im still going through some red marks.
