i'm sure they'll shallow over time but i understand you would want to be rid of these as soon as you can. sorry i don't have anything of use to add... except that they will shallow well as they are close to the center of the face.
They look like a combination of ice pick and box car scars. If you have the money you might want to look into fraxel laser of smooth beam laser. Consulations are usually free and they say it can have 30% to 50% improvement depending on your skin, scars, etc. Good luck !!!!
I would go for CO2 laser resurfacing. Your scars have relatively jagged edges which can only truly be remedied by ablative surgery. While a lot of people have used FRAXEL, from what I hear it's more of a money making venture and skilled surgeons typically would rather use the gold standard of CO2. Fraxel is more for people who are afraid of CO2, but the truth of the matter is, CO2 is simply better and will give you what you are looking for. I would personally recommend the Active FX CO2 laser, but not the MAXFX as that is a little extreme even for me. The activeFX is "fraxelesque" however it ablates more skin and doesn't leave as much "free skin", as it is fractionated but only 80 percent, whereas Fraxel is 20 percent. If you want dramatic results I would go CO2, if I were you.
