A good bit of redness left

A good bit of redness left, any suggestions on how to get rid of it? Otherwise I'm very happy with Roaccutane.

    I'm looking for something for redness 2!! - Pain isn't it..
    Ive heard Aloe Vera is good for it, but otherwise im not sure!
