Ummm well it is day 14 and those tiny bastards still keep on coming out 
Skin is starting to get dry,the lips are still o.k though.
Wow - I see a huge improvement... inflammation way down.... You're gonna be clear in no time!

im on accutane-it took me until the 3rd month to see results and now i love it!!! hang in there, its not immediate, but you will see it in a few weeks!!
it looks so great! Just don't pop those bad boys... they will go away tons faster if you leave them alone!
