The following pictures show my skin at the 5 month mark using Acne.org products.
My skin rarely breaks out, using this system has greatly minimized my breakouts. Currently my skin has blackheads that needs treated. I have added the AHA-Glyolic acid to help exfoliate/ improve my skin texture.
My name is Thomas, I am 21 years old and i do suffer from acne since i am 17 i guess.
So things I've tried:
Dieting- lowcarb, no dairy, paleo, vegan, everything
Now I am just reducing my intake of dairy and sugary foods to less than 10 percent of calories, but doesnt make a huge difference for me..
Been on accutane for 4 Month, great results but doctor took me off becaucse blood work came back badly
Supplemting with Zinc, Fish oil, vitamin d, probiotics... tried everything you can imagine
My scan is really flat and i don't get to much breakouts but i do suffer a lot from redness and scarring,..
I never picked on my skin, i do eat a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, salmon and fiber,..
I exercise 4 times a week
I don't know what to do i just want to get the redness away but it is there since 1year for sure.
Does really affect me in my social life, because i always think my face looks just really awful and i hate to be on mpictures because of my skin.
I really just want to have clear skin like before
Washing face 2 times dailly with Avene
Morning: Moisturize cream with AHA
Evening: Differin Cream (since 6Month not seeing results beside skin is flater than before, but does nothing for my redness)
Please share some advice with me, my doc always tells me to be patient blabla..*
Can you help me how I get rid of this curse? I've been dealing with this since 2011. I've tried lots of products but non worked. I really need assistance because if I have to live like this always, I think it's better for me to die. :'(
starting using regimen 11/4/16 and what my skin looks like now.my skin has never looked like this before so initially I was even more stressed and depressed because of it. I got over it and loved myself however my skin looked and just learned to be patient with the process and journey back to the skin im used to having. I'm not sure exactly what made my skin breakout so bad.my forehead stays pretty clear and smooth. I may get one breakout but it goes away pretty fast. my guess would be stress/ hormones and also I noticed my skin first start to breakout with cystic acne about a week after I tried the charcoal and palmers glue mask to get out small blackheads I had.(big mistake). I still get breakouts but not as bad as it was. I mostly have a lot of hyperpigmentation. also, I have tried natural face mask a couple days out of the week. one being cinnamon and egg. which seemed like its helping with the spots. and it doesn't irritate my skin. Just be sure not to use a lot of cinnamon. I use one whole egg and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
I have listed the photos from beginning to now!
HELP! Can someone identify what these are and what would be the most suitable regimen for treating these?
Hi. I,m 23 and had absolutely spotless skin before Jan 2016 (no breakouts even in teenage). Fast forward, due to relationship problems and financial struggles during this year, my break out kept on getting worse. I NEVER had a simple pimple on my cheeks and now they are spectacularly marked. I tried lemon juice, honey, apple cider vinegar, egg whites, aloe vera, cucumber at different times- you name it. I also used Avene anti redness cream and cortisone topical cream because the horrible red patches on my cheeks look very unpleasant. All of these helped but only temporarily.
I must add that the situation was a lot worse with recurring white heads and redness in the T zone and on the cheeks but at least now the T zone is cleared but the redness and the recurring whiteheads on the cheeks still remain.
Can someone please clarify the following?
1) whether the same type of creams (cortisone). toners (non alcohol) can be used for acne/ whiteheads and scars/ redness?
2) whether I should also try ibuprofen tablet paste OR retinoid cream to decrease inflammation?
3) most importantly if this will disappear from the cheeks without leaving scars?
I am vegetarian, trying to adopt more exercise/meditation in my life. used to eat carbs a lot, now seriously cutting back for the past 2 months.
Since I do not wear make up a lot (never did) so it can become quite discouraging and hurtful when some people treat you rather condescendingly. I never had breakouts before so it is even more depressing to cope with it knowing that this happened after a very severe early life crisis.
Would appreciate all the advice and kind words of support.
The largest picture is me before using the Acne.org regimen and the other pictures are 3 months after using it. I have now stopped due to the dark red marks left by the regimen after the breakouts it caused.
>> Before I purchased the Acne.org regimen my regimen consisted of applying Epiduo on my face in the morning and at night. Epiduo cleared my skin in 3 months. When I ran out of Epiduo I started looking for an alternative I could purchase because Epiduo is pricey. I didn't want my acne to come back and that's when I found Acne.org. I first found a review on youtube and her skin looked amazing! I found out many people had the same results and when I went on the website I discovered more people's stories. I was very optimistic and excited to try it. I used the regimen as directed for 3 months. I have now STOPPED this regimen because it has made my skin SO much worse. This regimen made me break out like crazy and once the breakout subsided I was left with so many dark and red acne marks. I've had trouble with acne marks before I started this regimen but I only had a few marks. Now because of this regimen I have 30+ marks that aren't going away anytime soon. I am very disappointed and so much more insecure and upset about my skin than before. My skin makes me want to cry because of how dark and lasting these marks are. I WOULD NOT GO ON THIS REGIMEN IF YOU GET MARKS EASILY. I just wish I never even bought this product.
25 years of battling this disease ~ I just want to feel normal...
I'm 48, I did not have acne as a teenager, but have been plagued with it for about 25 years now. It literally has robbed me of any self confidence and has ruined my life. I know that sounds dramatic, but it's how I feel. I've been to several dermatologists, a naturopathic doctor, tried what feels like every plan/treatment available, made dietary changes/eliminations, yet NOTHING seems to work, and many things seems to make it worse...
I've been wearing calamine lotion to bed for years and it's made my skin clear. Not perfect but way better than it normally is. But I don't want to wear it to bed for the rest of my life. So I've stopped and it's been a month and my skin is horrible again. What do I do..?
I just started using a clarisonic and I am struggling through the purging phase.
I use the clearasil 2% salicic acid gel cleanser with it.
My forehead and cheeks have tiny bumps all over them as well.
Any advice is welcome in fact I would love to hear what you have to say
Looking for tips/help/advice on my acne. All comments are helpful and encouraged! The pictures attached are on my cheeks. My acne is not as bad on my forehead and I have no acne on my nose but a lot of blackheads. I also have acne on my upper lip and chin area and just a lot of redness all over. (15 year old female teenager).
Can someone tell me what exactly Im dealing with here? I used to have acne but I used benzyl peroxide for 2 weeks then stopped using it then moved to Amway 3 step cleansers. Now Im just using all natural brown sure green tea scrub, thinking of doing micro needling for the marks.
So, i've been dealing with acne for over a year now. It used to be mild, and my worst problem was pigmentation. But a few month ago i started using honey and now i barely get pimples. Now i only deal with a few whiteheads and pigmentation.
But, 2 month ago my skin started to look and feel grainy, like sandpaper. It's full of tiny little bumps and they look worse when i'm out in the sun or with strong lights. Also i'm getting red very easily, and get hives everytime i scratch any part of my body. I really don't know what to do. Been looking for treatments and i can't find anything that works. Gonna leave a few pictures.
PS: Sorry if my grammar is bad, my native language is spanish.
