I have moderate acne because my "monthly friend", and sometimes I even get painful cysts. I also have quite large pores and oily skin. It sucks. :(So, I am going to make a vow not to pick, prod, keep up with my daily routine, and healthy diet.Let's see how I do! :)

My Acne Before And After - All Results Achieved Using Diet and Lifestyle Changes
I'll try to keep a photojournal of my acne while on the Master Cleanse, and after while following an organic, fresh diet. I can't find many pictures of Before, though, cause I'm always wearing makeup!
I joined Acne.org and created a smoothie soon after. I did a lot of research to pick out the best ingredients. Before starting my smoothies I had about 40 or 50 active bumps and zits, plus cysts. These are my pictures of the after where my acne is nearly all gone.
