Morning- Wash hands with antibacterial soap. Splash lukewarm water onto face....gently rub manuka honey all over...wait about ten minutes (while brushing teeth, etc.)
Hop in shower, wash hair (every other day), let water gently rinse off the honey. Pat face dry. Apply concealer to problem areas with clean finger.
Night- Wash hands. Splash lukewarm water onto face....gently rub manuka honey all over focusing on areas where I applied makeup...rinse off....reapply manuka honey to wet face....wait about fifteen minutes, rinse off in sink, pat dry with wash cloth.
Supplements I am currently taking- Cod liver oil, zinc. Dietary changes- Avoiding sugar, gluten and red meat as often as possible.
I still have some stubborn redness where the worst of my acne was (along my chin and jaw and my cheeks near my hairline). The texture is 100% smooth, and there are no new pimples besides one that showed up after I ate some pizza with friends a few days ago. I should know better than to eat all my triggers at once like that... However, that went away amazingly quickly when going back to my normal, anti-inflammatory diet including lots of carrot and beet juice.
OK so I have had acne since I was 15 I went through a period at age 16 17 where my acne was very cystic and very painful. Then the cystic came very rarely and never more than i cyst on my face at a time. I was happen to not have a regular occurance of those nasty long breakouts.
I have been doing a lot of supplementing these days I workout 3-4 times a week and have been taking whey protein for muscle building but skeptical because i think my acne may be triggered by dairy, but have been doing it anyways... and then recently for about 2 weeks now taking fish oil again.
Now i remember the reason I stopped it. Is it possible i get these cystic breakout from the fish oil??
Anyways Its time i finally get to the bottom of this.
This is my 3rd day of my elimnation. Meaning I have stopped ALL supplements including daily vitamins:/ Having a hard time with that. And also keeping my diet pretty healthy, I am ingeneral, a person who enjoy healthy lifestyles, and works to keep healthy so not much change with the way I eat. Thats why Its so frusterating that all the hard work I do to stay healthy my skin always looks so unhealthy because of the acne.

Now the cysts I believe i had got from the fish oil are healing finally. Bt here's my pictures of shame. Memorial day weekend and I cant even imagine showing myself I feel isolated like I did in highschool.
Let me know what you all think, CAN FISH OIL REALLY affect me THIS way?
