No Dairy 11-4/Apple Cyder Vinager & Green Tea WIth Lemon toner

Two weeks of eating almond milk, 2 gallons of water a day, a cup or two of coffee a day, plus 1 or 2 cups of tea a day.
I eat eggs and meat everyday, oatmeal, whole wheat bread and whole wheat tortillas with bananas and apples and peanut butter.
Today I made a toner of apple cyder vinegar, green tea, water and lemon juice. I am taking 50 mg Zing a day (tablet) and 1 Vitamin E oil 400 IU pill a day and E Energen "Healthy Skin Soft-smooth Clear" tablet a day.
