Do you think these will fade? Most are not very deep. The side that looks more healed I've had for about 5 months, will the redness go away?

The side that is more inflamed with current acne has mostly been in the past month.

How bad do you think this is and what do you recommend for treatment?

What makeup works well for scars and acne but wont make it worse?
