We'll as you can see from my sig, heres my regime...
Morning: Purpose Gentle Cleansing Bar, Dan's 2.5% BP, Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion Night: Purpose Gentle Cleansing Bar, Dan's 2.5% BP, Dan's AHA+ Shave: Electric shaver: Braun FreeControl 1775 And heres my Diet: Liquids - Try to cut out caffeine. All i drink is Water (prob only 3 bottles/day), Gatorade, Liptons Green Tea (the cold kind) Dole fruit drinks and "Naked drinks" (containing all real fruit) I'm in college, and drink (once a week usually) so i do drink beer/liquor & caffeine (red bulls) sometimes once or twice on weekends, which does have a negative effect, but not the entire issue Food: I eat pretty healthy. Salads almost daily (with eggs, turkey or chicken, brocolli, tomato, cucumber, mixed nuts, ranch dressing), Turkey sandwhiches (always wheat bread), wheat bagels (w/ PB&J) I hope peanut butter isnt something bad because I do eat alot of it. I cut out most all dairy, (except 2 yogurts/day that I use when I make my Whey Protein shakes, which I also use bananas in. Also i do take One A Day Men's Health Formula Multivitamin Exercise: I go to the gym (lift) 5 days a week for around 1 & 1/2 hours, no cardio though, which id like to add That's all I can think of for now... Anyone see a problem! Any help is appreciated

Your regimen looks excellent for the most part. However, I would definitely recommend you switch your facial cleanser. Soap Bars can sit and collect germs, they melt away in a soap dish, and just overall aren't as effective as gel soaps. I am glad you chose Purpose though! Perhaps, if you can afford it, get the Purpose gel instead? I personally use Cetaphil Daily Cleanser. It's also quite cheap and very effective. Besides that, everything looks good. Make sure you're only using the AHA to moisturize once a day as it may cause irritation using it twice a day. I'd try to back off and even possibly eliminate all caffeines. In my own personal experience I've found that my diet hasn't effected my acne as much however. Best of luck! :]
P.S. It took me a good 4-5 months to get completely clear on the regimen.
