I've heard it worked great on acne scars. But I get confused because when a lot of people say "acne scars" they, without realizing, are actually referring to red marks. But what about real scars, like boxcar or ice picks? Does it work on those as well? If so, what is the best way to use and how long does it take to see an improvement (even if just mild)?

Mederma does nothing for atrophic scars of any kind. It is for raised scars.

Thanks everyone, I guess laser/dermabrasions are the only way to go. Oh well, thankfully they're minor.
