Both of them are great! The first one is definitely more dressy with its style and the bow flowing in the back. I would probably go with the second pair because those look very versatile... I could see myself wearing those around with some dark jeans and a nice top and also on a more dressy occasion. Of course, it also depends on what your dress is like and how comfortable the shoes are. Great choices!

Honestly, I don't like either shoe.
