QUOTE(ben100604 @ Jun 21 2006, 12:03 PM) Of all the factors that wikipedia lists the one that I've experienced to be the most important and reversible one is diet and lifestyle. I've never meet anyone whose dark circles under the eyes couldn't be reversed by a change in lifestyle. So ignore the you're a victim of genes and will have it forever argument Dark circle under the eyes are in my experience a symptoms of general bad health: deficient diet, lack of hydration, lack of sleep, bad oxygenation and when one becomes healthier they disappear I don't have dark circles right now but 2 years ago I used to have very dark and big circles under my eyes and guess what I was also losing lot of hair and my hairdresser told me I was losing too much and since I know people who at the age of 18 are already bald I used http://www.hairgrowthshampoo.com/ which did miracles on my hair. Now I don't lose my hairs I lost excessive fat and put on muscles and my blood works were perfect the last time I did them Because of this I also believe that dark circles can not be treated topically like applying something to the area because they are a symptom of what's within your body: your metabolism, your organs and so on Calcium, vitamin D, magnesium, zinc and iron deficiency are particularly correlated with dark bags under the eyes, so is being overweight, underweight or skinny but fat (carrying visceral abdominal fat) Good luck! I get dark circles quite often and it's usually a product of either not sleeping enough, or sleeping too much. When I don't get the perfect amount of sleep the circles appear.
For your hair...I'm not sure if you know why it's doing that, but if you don't get enough vitamin B-12 along with zinc your hair will turn dull and fall out. I'm vegetarian so I've had that problem, because those are found in meat. I eat Total cereal every morning (100% B-12 and Zinc) and now I'm fine. |
