Azelaic Acid-Clindamycin + Differin/Tretinoin

First , I went to my derm, I only have mild acne and got Clindamycin topical for AM and Differin for PM. After 3 months, I got better, rarely get acne.
First week using differin like the other I got some breakout . But after 10-12 weeks, it cleared.

And then I go to the derm again to get control. And She gives me a new topical cream that contain Azelaic Acid dan Clindamycin
(her skin care line) and Differin again for PM. After 1 month using Aza-Clind, I actually got some better result,
but in 6 weeks using Aza-Clind, I got so many small red bumps in my cheeks.

Is it a new breakout causing using Aza-Clind ? I think maybe when I use Clindamycin gel, the differin cant penetrate deeply.
And when I use Aza-Clin, the differin penetrate more deeply and produce new breakout again. Is it normal ??? All of them are
small bumps... not pustule/papule...

I have consult this problem to the derm, she give me Doxy 100mg once a day and new topical acne for spot treatment.
It has been 2 weeks after all the small red bumps appear, Some became better, but not disappear.

Which one is more effective ? retinoic acid 0.01 % every day or 0.025% every other day

Hi All

I have been prescribed by derm , retinoic acid 0.01 % for 2 months without any side effect, and then she suggested me to go up with 0.025%. But I found it really makes me irritated. Just in 1 week, I got reddish easily(like tomato), irritation, dryness, tight. Even I just apply it with very thin layer. So I stopped it for two days. And my face began to peel until today..I know it's very normal to find effect like I tell above.

Now I still find reddish little. She gives me corticosteroid to reduce the redness. Of course it helped me. But I dont want to use steroid easily. Should I stick with this 0.025% , but I cant use this % every day. OR I go down with 0.01% but I can use it every day. Which one is more effective ?

scar revison vs vbeam

what do you think about scar revision ?
like excision, elevation n something like that ? is it worth ?
my problem is ... i have some red scars , it's not hyperpigmentation
i think it's caused by broken blood vessel, all of them happened when i
popped up my acne extremely and then they left red / purple color behind the scar ...

i ever consult with my derm, and she suggested me to do some vbeams,
but today i ask the other derm to get second opinion ...
he suggest me to do scar revision ... he told he will cut the red/ purple scar
and sutured .... the nurse who i asked in the phone told me i will get good result ....


anyone can give me which one is better ? iam really confused because the red color 're very very
bad .. iam easy to get irritation because of those broken blood vessel

difference tca dilute & undilute

hi guys
anyone can help me ...
i want to ask you about tca & the dilution
if i buy tca 50% and i dilute to 25% , of course i could get more tca than i just buy tca 25% (without dilute from any percentage)
what is the difference between tca 50% diluted to 25% and tca 25% (without dilute) ?

anyone can explain this ...
