Well, I use Cordes BPO 3 (Ichthyiol),
3% BPO.
after about 1 month still a lot of reddening and scaling, no burning or itching, though.
seems to work, but i still got some pimples and tons of red marks/scars.
"Avene Clean-AC" as moisturizer. are there any better solutions?
its for irritated acne skin, but its very "creamy", so my skin often has problems absorbing it.
i use Avene Cleanance gel as a cleanser, its really a great product!

please comment if you have tested anything else
(pretty strange writing everything in english, but its better that way)

Hi Dan!

I had an idea:

I guess that about 30% of this board arent american citizens
(maybe even more), so what would you think about a new
board, dealing with finding appropriate supplies, etc in other countries?

For example:
Here in germany neutrogena doesnt sell any acne products (afaik),
so I have to use something called "Cordes BPO 3%", which (i guess)
causes more scaling, but is also effective.
Importing from America would be an alternative, but too expensive
for me in the long term.

There are other national differences:
As an example, when talking about "bread influencing acne", most americans think about bread as whitebread, like toast.
thats different here in germany.
We also dont have any antibiotics in meat,
no "poison" for breakfast like ham, sausages, donuts, etc.
and talking about the "scotch-tape-method":
we dont have scotch tape (afaik).
so what kind of tape to use? which one is too sticky? etc..

So, what do you think?
How about a new board, with fixed topics for several nations.
divided into OTC-supplies (acne/scarring) and food/diet (if you are sceptical about diet-acne.. please discuss it in another thread, ok?)
language should remain english, users shouldnt have problems with that.
general acne-discussion should be kept in the main-boards, of course.
i think such a board could stop the reoccuring "Where to find *product X* in *country Y*?"-thread and help a lot of people from all over the world
following this great way of treating their disease

any comments/opinions are very welcome!

[please excuse any grammar/spelling mistakes]
