Regimen: MORNING: 1. VMV spring green line cream cleanser = NOT MEDICATED, this is my staple cleanser 2. VMV spring green line Retinoic acid + clindamycin = very mild! 3. wait for 15-30 mins for retinoic acid to 'do its thing" 4. VMV Armada SPF 30 = for everyday use, or SPF 45 for special occasions, since this serves like a foundation, very good EVENING 1. ahh, is this true about the retin-a cream vs the gel?? I live in France, I just ran out to the pharmacy to ask them about this and it seems they don't even HAVE the gel over here, only the cream! I'm a bit freaking out at the thought that I'm making my skin break out even more with this stuff! Please someone who has had success with the retin-a cream reassure me on this!
