Not washing my face LOG

Hey i'm hopping on the bandwagon and im going to not wash my face for 1 month and see how it goes (in 1 month i go to a really good derm so...)

im not using any acne products, the only time i'll wash my face is in the shower (aka. the water will wash it) at night i wont wash with water or anything but i do take a night shower occassionally if i am very dirty

well let's see how this goes tonight i dont wash my face !

alright well about a month ago i ran out of my 3 step acne free products (THEY SUCK!!!) so i asked my mom if she had anything i could use for the time being.

she gave me this stuff called clinique mild liquid facial soap.

ITS AWESOME!!!!

it wont dry out even the MOST SENSITIVE skin.

before, i tried this extra mild baby soap and even that dried out my skin.

THIS DOESNT!!

i don't know what it has in it but it works

the day after i started using it my acne was SIGNIFICANTLY better looking (smaller, and the little red bumps were gone!)

i dont use anything but this now (no moisturizer, sunscreen, toner, "repair lotion" etc)

well ok i admit it will BARELY dry out the most sensitive skin, so if you have VERY sensitive skin like me consider using moisturizer because your skin will be a teeny bit dry.

acne free 3 step program

hey everyone

i am going to use the acne free 3 step program with the blackhead terminator to see if it clears up my minor acne and blackheads.

the program has a purifying cleanser (step 1), renewing toner (step 2), and a 24 hour time released benzoyl peroxide cream (step 3), after using these i will apply the terminator to my nose area as that is where i get most blackheads.

day 1- i have a red bump on both cheeks, minor acne near the sideburn area, and mild acne around my nose. i have blackheads on my nose also. i started the regimen today (january 24)
my mother said my acne was looking better(but she is my mom so she probably is just saying that.)

day 2- skin is a little dry around my mouth corners, looks a little flaky but i am putting clinique moisturizer on it.

help please blackheads and minor acne on nose

im using the acne free 3 step system, and my nose has alots of blackheads and minor acne.

i started using the acne free blackhead and acne terminator yesterday, a small tube that has 1.5% sa and 1% bp in it.

but i noticed that some of the blackheads are turning into very small whiteheads...

any help?
