I HATE MY SKIN!!

HI everyone. I have had acne since i was in middle school and im about to turn 25 next month. It was never really horrible, just a few pimples here and there. Never had to wear makeup, but then my senior year of college I just started to break out horribly! It covered my entire face!! But what sucks is I dont get it anywhere else, just my face! I started to use makeup and now I can't even go to the gym without it because I feel so insecure. This has totally blown my confidence. Ive tried antibiotics, over the counter stuff, topicals, birth control and nothing is working. I am at my wits end with this bulls***. My ob/gyn just recently put me on yaz to see if that does anything, which I don't feel like it is, so my derm is putting me on accutane. I start it next week and would like to know about peoples personal experiences with it. Like how long before you saw an improvement? I can't wait for all this to be over with!!! I just wish I didn't have to go through all the iPledge crap.
