I have been back and forth with the acne on my chin, before it used to be nodules under the skin that are red on the front of my chin and side, now I only get like that before my period, now its turned to small whiteheads are inflamed red small bumps on the right side of my jawline that have left alot of redmarks. I am avid in using only natural products so I am drinking lemon with water in the morning, and using lemon juice at night on my marks sometimes with egg whites, also taking vitamin c 1000mg, echinacea 400 mg, coq10, zinc for acne pill that containjs vitamin A, B, C, and E, and fiber pills. Washing with olive oil, witch hazel and wipe my makeup with baby wipes. Olive oil used to make me skin glow and helped clear it up with the lemon when I started back in January but now I guess possibly maybe the heat in Miami and weather at 89 degrees is not helping since I am outside alot for my work? The white heads are leaving red marks and Im terribly frustrated, is this purging, I have been doing this for about 2 weeks.

So I cane across the acne no more system which is a book that gets down to the source if acne and how u can treat in holidticallt and internally which I figured those on this forum would love. I've been reading reviews on it so far so good, I have not read anything negative-- it does explain the negative use of prescriptions and antibiotics, and the fact that this is not an overnight cure but for the long run ? Has anyone tried this I'm willing to purchase the book.

In high school I wasnt overweight just a little chubby, I lost almost 20 lbs between my junior and senior year . When I was fatter my skin was fine, hardly wore any makeup, only broke out once a month during my cycle, and woulod use things like bp to spot treat neutrogena and clean and clear. Then my mom bought me proactiv druting my sophomore year and at first it was great, then after about a year to two years my skin was not clearing , I would get under the skin flare ups around my chin , and there would be nothing in it, (this was senior year) so as I went into college I have been battling my skin, I stopped proactiv, and did laser treatments which helped somehat but were expensive. As stopped my skin healed a little and I started researching going the natural route which my skin looked how it used to. But now my skin is off and on I dont know what days will be good and what days will be bad.

My situation now is I eat healthy, carbs tend to trigger acne but I dont understand if before in high school i used to eat junk alot and I would never break out. Iwent to the derm he gave me antibiotics and retin a micro, I didnt use bc I dont think topical chemicals will be good for my acne. I use witch hazel. lemons, olive oil, coconut oil, vitamin b complex supp. zinc , chromium. I really dont know what to do?

My ?? ARE:
Why when I was fatter and ate junk my skin looked better?
Good proactiv been the underlying cause of my acne from mild/occassional pimples to nodules and whiteheads that Im battling now?
Anyone have any advice? I dont know if I should go back to things over the counter but I try to stay away from sodium laurly sulfate which might make things worse, Im not sure?
I dont want to go on bc pills but shud I see an endocrinologist to test my hormone levels?
Any other advice?

So i need opinions from those experience in makeup field or based upon what u see in my pic. My cheeks and face Im obviously light-skinned, with a pink, peachy maybe light beige undertone, not really sure, i usually go for the lightest shade which is an ivory or fair, would i be a fair or light, it seems the makeup i use tends to make my skin even more pinkish.I just need help covering acne and redness on my chin. Please if anyone has knowledge. I look best in purples, pinks, blues so i would think im a cool, but i can also wear orange and yellow and also gold jewelry as well as silver. My skin is not olive of course so would i be warm or neutral?

Cool tones:
Look better in silver jewelery
look best in hues of pink, purples, blues, and greens
look better in ivory not white
have pink or blue undertone

Warm:
look better in gold jewelry
look best in rusts, white olive, orange
yellow skin tone
look better in white
