Alright, so Ive gotten about 90% clear avoiding dairy and spicy foods, and just washing with water. but im still getting bumps on cheeks and a couple stuburn pimples on forehead... I have a very fast metabolism and work out 3-4 days a week, I was hearing talk about how bread(gluten) is bad for breakouts. If so, what CAN i eat in the morning, lunch etc. haha, I can't have cereal because of the milk, and now the bread? Just eating 2 apples in the morning with my juice wont give me the energy I need for my day.
I'm very open for suggestions on a diet for people with high metabolisms. Thanks

Here's what's up, I've gotten about 90% clear by just washing with water and taking vitamins. But I have those kinda left overs
Thanks in advance.

Hey, just to give you an idea of my situation, I started getting little bumps on my forehead around 14, which lead my parents to telling me to try and pop them, which lead me to breaking out on forehead. This made my confidence plummet considering i never had a pimple before the patch of bumbs on my forehead.
I then got obsessed with touching my skin and popping even the slitest little bump, which made acne worst, I went to a derm around 15-16 who put me on BP. What i realised was that I was obsessed with touching my face which BP kinda helped. b So now im 17 and I have mild-moderate acne on face, maybe 4 or 5 enflammed zits on cheeks and little bumps on forehead(less then before), but skin seems damaged from the 2 or 3 years that i was obsessed with touching and stuff. The rest of my body(shoulders, back, chest, etc) has FLAWLESS skin, i mean its softer then my face lol Here's my question, should i try the all natural regimen considering neither my dad or my mom had acne before and that the acne I had was due to puberty and abusive touching? I think it's pretty logical, any input? |
