Best way to take it? I tried it with water, and it tastes horrible (in my opinion.)

Oily Skin, really fast

When I wake up in the morning, my skin is fine, little to no oil. I take a shower, without using any cleanser, just water, and roughly an hour or two later, my forehead is really oily/shiny. What should I do?

Only thing left is whiteheads/blackheads recurring

I've had mild acne for roughly four years, and only recently got better after using Stievamycin for about a month or so, then using a gentle cleaner (Spectrogel). Everything is gone, except I have some scars from picking (damnit) and blackheads that aren't going anywhere, and recurring whiteheads. What over the counter stuff can I get to stop the whiteheads?

Hello, found this site today, probably the best resource for skin problems I've ever laid eyes upon. Now for a bit about myself. I don't have severe acne, actually none really at all. Currently just having problems with preventing/removing whiteheads/blackheads, and some scarring from overactive (and stupid) finger prodding/squeezing. Anyways, tips would be appreciated, thanks.
