so i've been hearing alot about how carbohydrates induce acne. so i was wondering what is the amount of carbohydrates that a product should have inorder for it not to induce acne?

What do you mean a "product". If you are talking about creams for your face and stuff, it should not have any carbs. If you are talking about internally, do not worry about carbs but eat complex ones.
Complex Carbs= whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, quinoa, high fiber cereals, oatmeal, beans, lentils, etc. Simple Carbs= most fruits (you do need fruits though), candy, gum, table sugar, donuts, pasta used with bleached flour (pizza too), sourdough/potato bread/white bread, jam, etc.
