Hello, after searching many threads about "TCA," I cannot seem to find this PDF file! Any assistance would be much appreciated!

After reading another post about needling scars, it was suggested that I purchase 100x 30G needles for $7-8 dollars. However I cannot find them online for that price. Can anyone suggest me a place to buy needles. Please also specify which needles are OK to use for needling as a substitute and if this request is violating and forum rules, please PM me the info. Thanks!
