I think Spectro Jel (purple bottle) is just what my face needs. Does anyone know where I can buy it online for a reasonable price? (I live in the US) |

I see it's on this website, and they ship to the US [www.well.ca just search spectro jel], but it's not that cheap, I buy it for 11.49CAD at the grocery store so once you order it on here for the 13.79+shipping/taxes I dunno how much it'd be...If you can't find anything else there's an option. |

Do you know the website Well.ca ? It's sort of like Walgreens (I think) so you'll be able to order that from US. I'm not sure how much shipping will cost but I know its prices are lowest even in Canada  Hope that helped..  |

Well.ca is a respectable web site, they ship to the US as well as Canada. Shipping to Canada is free, but they charge shipping fee for US for orders under 99$.

I got mine from Shoppers Drug Mart. It was 15.00$ for 500 mls (16 Fluid Ounce). I think its a good price cuz you get alot.

Has anyone else experienced this:

Diet: Low in sugar, preservatives, carbohydrates, greasy/fatty food. Lots of carrots, spinach, cucumber + other vegetables Grapes, baby carrots, apples and oranges as snacks. Low in chicken Fish, turkey and beef as sources of protein Lots of water + a cup of green tea daily |
