Cheek breakouts

When do people start to clear on accutane? I'm three weeks in and am still breaking out just on my cheeks. Overall my skin looks much healthier and clearer. When does accutane work? I'm worried about the breakouts on my cheeks.

Does your insurance cover accutane?

Also, does your insurance require authorization from the doctor before they cover it?

Is taking accutane in the winter time just as effective?

People seem to be more dry in the winter, so I'm wondering if doing an accutane course in the winter has the same effect on the oil glands as it would if you took tane in the summer.

Is it ok to work out while on accutane or after completing your accutane course? Or will the sweat and the work out trigger acne? Sweat and working out has never triggered my acne, but I'm wondering if after taking accutane, it's safe and ok to work out and sweat or will it cause break outs?
