Im sick! weird sick though..

Ack where do i start. ok i am almost a month in on 60mg accutane
my face was pretty much clear after 3 weeks my blackheads on my nose have all been squeezed out. this has worked very fast. i did get initial breakout in weeks 1 and 2.
i still have 5 months and i'm fully expecting to breakout some more when my doc ups my dose tomorrow..
BUT!
Starting monday soar throat.. ok.. i was with a friend all weekend who was getting sick so i def. caught it. tuesday boyfriend started getting sick, i was feeling worse now sinus, headache soarthroat overall crappyness. wed. major headache eyes sinus earache kinda headache soarthroat cough that was very straining to cough but nothing coming up. nothing even there.
now thursday. i feel like i have a sinus and ear infection(i sound like i have a cold) which is not uncommon to me at all. i get this 2x a year
BUT
one thing that is missing from all this.
PHLEGM. MUCUS. SNOT. any of it.
WTF
i do feel a bit paranoid like the headache and ear/eye ache is not what i described above but instead brain swelling because i do not have snot to back up the sickness. its very weird.
ALSO!
ok i take spinning 2x a week. i am the gross one in class who has a pile of papertowels in my water holder because i blow my nose 10x a class. the snot just freely pours out my nose so much during intense exercise. i have always been this way i don't know why but its normal for me.
i dont mind i just know i have to take a pile of napkins to spinning.. whatever.
BUT monday.. i had my pile of napkins and i went through the entire class.. which by the way was INSANELY intense without blowing my nose. i was very confused at the end when i had a pile of unused napkins..
so basically what im leading to is..
am i so dried the hell up that i cannot produce mucus and snot ?
do i have a sinus / ear infection like i believe and i'm just not able to make all the snot?
is my brain swelling?
haha thank you to anyone who is still reading this. i know i must sound like a lunatic but i have a derm appt. tomorrow. i absolutely do not have the time to go to my pcp because of work this week and i think even if i went he would be very confused at my symptoms without snot. he doesnt know im on accutane and im sure he doesnt even know what it is..

Veins showing

Ok i just last night before bed washing my face looking in mirror, I noticed my veins in my chest face etc. are showing, is it that the blood is darker blue or my skin all over is thinner? i usually have thick skin u cant see veins through.

i have to go to spin class right now so i'm going to wait for responses to take my pills...

why is this happening and if it happened to you are you off accutane and has it gone away!?
it is saturday morning and derm isnt open til monday. i dont want to panic and go off meds if it is only temporary.

please help!

rant

im tired and i just want to be able to upload my gross new pictures to the gallery and maybe its the accutane but i really can not find where the f to upload pictures on this site. i also can't find where to change my password. this has got to be the most user unfriendly site i've ever used.

Swollen Lymph nodes

This is day 6 for me. im on 60 a day to start. This morning while washing my face i noticed my left lymph node is swollen. today at work of course i google swollen lymph nodes etc. then i add accutane to the search. i come up with web md's list of side effects listing swollen lymph nodes as a severe one. i also searched these boards to see what other people felt and everyone chalks it up to getting a cold or fighting an infection. I'm not sick.
look at their list and how they rate it, they also list muscle pain as severe. but also list kidney failure and stroke as severe. so i dont know how serious to take this...

just started accutane, day 2 , need some guidance!

Hi, i am new, just started accutane (sotret) yesterday.

Some things im unsure of which may seem silly but i just want to do this right.

can i use scrubs ? ( on my body not face) i have keratosis pilaris on my upper arms and upper legs and i feel its better after i scrub it all with salt scrub then use Eucerin Plus Intensive Repair cream. will i scar or something terrible?

will i scar? i have a couple keyloids and i tend to scar easily, curious to hear from anyone who also is a scar-er, anything i should look out for, i know no waxing, lasers, tattoos, etc. but how about cat scratches and random cuts?

can i dye my hair? (i know dumb just want to make sure)

will my pores all over my body shrink? does accutane actually shrink pores? i have huge huge pores and get a lot of blackheads on my chest above my boobs to where my neck starts.

can i tan at all? i dont regularly tan but im getting married in may which is 4 months into my 6 month course, i would like to be a shade or 2 darker than winter white. if i use lots of sunscreen and tan for 5 minutes at a time (in a tanning bed not real sun) will i fry? i was reading someones log and she seemed to tan almost every day i was shocked i thought you had to hide from sun on this.

can i take it WITH other drugs with, as in at the same time, i take a bunch of stuff, usually my routine is take a pill drink 3 swigs take something else 3 swigs, and on and on until im done. does accutane have to be taken all by itself or is it fine to add it in with the rest of my drugs.

and finally -
i am supposed to start on 60 mg a day for the first month (i weigh 220lbs / 6' tall)
my doc said to take both at same time, but the insert says break it in 2 doses also im reading a lot of people take it morning and night. should i just go against what he said (well OK i have already gone against what he said today, i was nervous since i read all about that kid who killed his doc after taking 60mg at once)
can i take it at like 10am and 2pm or does it have to be 8 hours between doses?
