Day 65

Nothing new except peeling more and more. I have a layer of dead skin on my face at all times.

Breakfast - Milo with supplements

Lunch & Dinner - Fried rice

Day 66

Peeling as usual.

Breakfast - Fried rice, Milo with supplements

Lunch - White rice, pork, prawns, preserved vegetables

Dinner - Same

Others - ACV with water.
