First off, hello to anyone that is reading this! I'm 23 years old, male, and in great physical shape. I have a very healthy diet and am fortunate enough to eat mostly organic/natural foods. Even though I take great care of myself I still suffer from the occasional pimple. I'd describe my acne as fairly light. I used to get cystic acne here and there, but now I maybe get one a year. My skin is pretty oily and sensitive. I NEVER broke out or had more than 1 pimple a week until I turned 18...which totally sucks because at that age most people are getting rid of their acne. No one else in my family has acne either. This past year I've had my skin mostly under control with Dan's regimen. Now that it's cold/winter here in Pennsylvania I've started to break out again.
Why I'm Doing This
I'm tired of spending money and constantly looking in the mirror obsessing over a few small pimples. I know most people have it a lot worse than me, but we're all aiming for perfection. Blame it on the media or whatever, but your physical appearance matters...a lot. Since I never really had acne until I started using products I just realized maybe they're to blame. I'll try to update this weekly so myself or anyone can read my success and or failures along the way. Maybe in the future if someone else is in my predicament they can use this as a guide.
P.S. I will not be proofreading these entries, so if I have horrible spelling or grammar...deal with it lol.
