Hang in there! Some people don't see improvements till around the 4th or 5th month. That may sound discouraging but you be opitmistic and at least know it will work eventually.

I'm on day 21 exactly and was breaking out pretty bad until this past week. I started eating very healthy, a lot of greens, carrots, apples, blackberries, low refined carbs, low dairy, good carbs like brown rice, high fiber, and making sure i get good sleep and havent gotten a new pimple all week. Its different for everybody.
