Obliviously i had a severe breakout a few days later. Pretty sad really because i was pretty clear before my bitching out. I would say i noticed the breakouts 2/3 days later, particularly bad by Monday [13,5,13].

Bad breakout around T-zone, between eyebrows particularly, some around mouth, cheeks ok, chest ok, shoulders alright, upper back, behind shoulders very bad.

Over all as bad as it gets for me.

There is no way to know for sure what the outbreak was caused by because none of the variables were isolated ie could of been chocolate, could of been fruit, could of been of been an accumulation of sugar / GL etc, could of been saturated fat, could of been something completely different, could of been completely none diet related ie stress etc.

1 thing to note is i was outside a lot more than usual the previous week before the binge so i had more sunlight exposure, more movement etc.

I will experiment with removing processed sugar only for a while, even though it hasn't worked in the past and i'm sceptical about the science/reasoning behind any connection with acne.
