Depress

i have been dealing with a lot of depression lately

my fight againt acne took a major detour about a year ago.....

I felt sad....but kept my head high...

I keep telling myself...."this will pass"..."u will find somthing that works"....

we all probably go through this up and downs....

we may feel something is workng.....and then we wake up with new pimples the next day....

i have had many moments when i feel sad, and even cry a little.....but they have been only momentary,...

but today i feel like i can finally say that this "sadness" took over....

today i have actually cried 3 times,......

i been down for most part of the day.....

first time this happens......

only reason i havent cried more....or kept on crying its because i dont want my family to see me like that.

today is my mothers birthday....and im trying to keep it together, since we are gonna do the cake thing soon.....

I feel like I have no one...NO one...to share this with......

no one understands how depressive this can be.....

and I have no intention on explaining to people why this is so depressive....

they may not understand....or even if they "do"...you end up coming across as a shallow person

i dont think everyones story is as sad as mine....but at the same time i have read sadder stories here too....

so I always said...."why bother sharing"....we all have a similar journey.....

But like I said....today I have been so sad....that I just had to type this out....

Hi andres, I read your post because I too have depression. I also have OCD and am obsessed with my acne (even though it is gone due to accutane). I also have trouble getting out of bed in the morning because I am so depressed. Yep it's really lonely and no one really can understand what you feel inside. All I can say is I truly believe it will get better for both of us. I will pray for you tonight and also light a candle for you and your skin the next time I go to church. Love.
