And So It Begins

Basically I can keep my acne somewhat under control (never 100% clear) with the use of a BP regimen but i'm still not happy with the fact that my skin is a complete oil slick - no kidding I can see little droplets of oil on my noise 20 minutes after washing my face. So i've decided to get internal and supplement to see if this reduces my oil production in any way. So this is my regimen as of today:


  • Quinoderm 5%
  • Dove Sensitive Beauty Bar
  • Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion


    • Saw Palmetto 900mg
    • Pantothenic acid (B5) 500mg
    • Zinc Gluconate 30mg
    • Cod Liver oil (2 capsules)
    • Evening Primrose Oil (1 capsule)
    • Centrum Advance multivitamin

    Taken inspiration from popular acne supplements Clearetto and Pantothen.

    Also keeping dairy to a minimum, staying dairy free never made me 100% clear or less oily but if I take it in large quantities im asking for cysts. I also try to drink as much water as I can.

    Any changes in my skin will be documented in this blog, assuming I dont completely forget I even made this thing.
