Very soon, I will upload my personal acne journal that I have kept for about a month. In that month I kept a daily written log of things I ate- stress levels, and the overall appearance of my skin. I also kept a video log so I could go back and view my skin from each day. I did this to see if food actually played a role in acne or if it was more of a hormonal thing. Have you ever wondered- Is the food/acne connection real or a myth? Or is there something to say about diet and acne? Well, I "cured" my skin- but was it from eating the right foods? Exercise? Fasting? Or oral supplementation? I will say this much- after a month of experimentation, my moderately acne prone skin was found clear. Stay tuned if you so care!
