Had very bad insomnia last night - very little sleep - night sweats, very restless, nose was running and lots of farting.
- Seems to me something i ate must of disagreed with me.
Diet for 5,Feb, 2012.
Cereal - Shredded Wheat, All Bran golden crunch, Wheat Bran, Corn Flakes, 1 scoop whey powder, Semi-skimmed milk.
Chicken Pasta - Chicken Breast, mixed veg [carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, peas], olive oil, beef stock cube, mayonnaise, quark.
2 Pieces celery, Few large lettuce leaves.
Egg + Ham Sandwiches - 3 Boiled eggs, 2 pieces ham, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, Wholemeal Bread.
My suspicions are:
- Oxalates from Celery.
- Fibre from Celery and/or Lettuce
- Fructans/Fructose from Lettuce.
- Fibre and or/ Fructans from Wholemeal Bread.
